• Booking payment:
Payment for your stay is made at the hotel, with the exception of non-refundable fees paid at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the first night as a guarantee, at least one day before the date of arrival.
• Privacy:
We take care to ensure the privacy of your personal information and it will not be used should you so desire.
• Transfer safety:
When a credit card payment is made online (only for fees indicated beforehand) the transfer is protected by the highest standard safety protocol.
• E-mail confirmation:
You will receive an e-mail confirming your booking.
• Booking cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your booking you can do so by replying to the e-mail address from which confirmation was received. Please read our cancellation policy when making a booking in order to cancel without incurring additional fees. Certain bookings and special offers that are subject to advance payment or non-refundable fees cannot be cancelled.
